This class invites a slightly faster pace onto your mat and will get your blood flowing. Guiding you to link breath with body movement, which will enable you to not only free, but strengthen your mind, body and spirit. You will cultivate awareness by bringing attention to the areas we hold tension and consciously releasing and letting it go. Whether you prefer a good sweat, deep stretch or mental break, this session will offer something for everyone.Geared for Intermediate/Advanced StudentsYoga students should bring water, yoga mat, and small towel to class. Yoga blocks/bolsters, straps are highly encouraged but not necessary for class. A blanket for Savasana is welcomed.
