POLICIES Community Ed Classes: If Community Education cancels a class due to insufficient enrollment, you will be notified, and your money will be refunded in full. If you need to cancel out of a class, please notify us at least five working days prior to the start of the class to receive a refund. No refunds are made after class has begun or after the registration and payment deadline. If you need to cancel out of a class, please give our office a call. You cannot cancel out of a class online. No refunds for trips or tours are given after the registration and payment deadline. PLEASE NOTE: All refunds are subject to a $5.00 processing fee if you need to cancel out of a class. A program fee of 3.69% per transaction applies to all electronic payments, including credit card, debit card, or e-check. This fee is non-refundable, even if a class is canceled or a participant withdraws. To avoid the program fee, payment may be made by check or cash. This fee policy was approved by the STMA School Board in 2022 and applies to all district registration and payment platforms. The fee reflects the costs charged by credit card companies for processing electronic payments.Kids Play/Just 4 Kids:A two week notice is required for change of schedule or withdrawals from the program.
