Community Ed Classes:

  • If Community Education cancels a class due to insufficient enrollment, you will be notified, and your money will be refunded in full.
  • If you need to cancel out of a class, please notify us at least five working days prior to the start of the class to receive a refund. No refunds are made after class has begun or after the registration and payment deadline.
  • If you need to cancel out of a class, please give our office a call. You cannot cancel out of a class online.
  • No refunds for trips or tours are given after the registration and payment deadline.
  • PLEASE NOTE: All refunds are subject to a $5.00 processing fee if you need to cancel out of a class.

Kids Play/Just 4 Kids:

  • A two week notice is required for change of schedule or withdrawals from the program. Payment is due by the deadline or there will be a late fee charged. No refunds or credits after the deadline for no school days. See family handbook for full details of policies and procedures.
