Kids – Staying Safe While Home Alone (Ages 7-10) First Aid and Safety Trained Kids is a 4-hour course for 7 – 10 year olds. This course helps prepare children for staying safe at and away from home. Lessons cover basic first aid, water safety, vehicle safety, home emergencies, injury prevention, stranger and internet safety. School of FishGrades K-4 Youth EnrichmentSchool of Fish Ages 5-7 with parent Ages 7+ with or without parent School of Fish is a 2 1/2 hour kids fishing class open to kids (and adults!) from grades 3 and up taught by pro angler and fishing TV show host Mike Frisch. Students learn about lakes, finding fish in those lakes, and some great ways to catch them. They also learn to tie a fishing knot and rig and use a slip-bobber setup. With this class, kids get: *Rod & Reel *Tackle box and tackle *School of Fish full color workbook *Snack Pack *One adult is invited to attend with a child at no additional charge, provided they share one equipment pack *One youth graduate is drawn from all 2022 School Fish graduates to be a guest on Fishing the Midwest TV show! ***Most importantly, however, graduates leave class with the knowledge, skills, and equipment to go fishing! Students ages 5-7 must participate with a parent. If the parent is helping student they do not need to register seperately. If the parent would like their own supplies they must register. Students ages 7+ can participate without a parent but are welcome to have their parent assist as well. Some of the knot tying can be a challenge for younger kids. Mike Frisch, School of FishWS 2023
