Speed and Strength Program - Before and After-School
In this dynamic after-school program, students will focus on developing their athletic abilities through targeted exercises designed to improve both speed and strength. With professional coaching and guided workouts, participants will engage in a variety of drills, including sprint training, agility courses, weightlifting, and bodyweight exercises. The program emphasizes proper technique, injury prevention, and progressive improvement, catering to all fitness levels.
Whether preparing for a specific sport or aiming for overall fitness, this program fosters discipline, confidence, and resilience, helping students achieve their personal best in physical performance.
Both the before and after school will be the same program so athletes do not need to apply to both classes. Choose the one that best fits your schedule.
