Speed and Strength Program - After-School

In this dynamic after-school program, students will focus on developing their athletic abilities through targeted exercises designed to improve both speed and strength. With professional coaching and guided workouts, participants will engage in a variety of drills, including sprint training, agility courses, weightlifting, and bodyweight exercises. The program emphasizes proper technique, injury prevention, and progressive improvement, catering to all fitness levels.

Whether preparing for a specific sport or aiming for overall fitness, this program fosters discipline, confidence, and resilience, helping students achieve their personal best in physical performance.
