Barre Fusion offers a low-impact, total body workout combining rhythmic movement, high-repetition strength exercises, and athletic dance moves inspired by ballet. Enhance muscle tone, posture, and flexibility in a fun, easy-to-learn class!

Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
