As a trainer, Casey inspires and guides clients through a workout tailored to their individual goals and physical abilities. Casey understands fitness goals can be hard to reach on your own, so she will be there to encourage and support you with challenges (but enjoyable!) exercise plans. Her mission is to help people live strong, healthy, confident, and happy lives. All participants that purchase training sessions receive a free 25 minute assessment before beginning. 25 minute, and 50 minute training sessions available.
