Speed & Strength Program (Grades 5-11) PLEASE NOTE THE SPEED & STRENGTH CLASSES ONLINE ARE CORRECT. The STMA Summer Sports Performance program, powered by Training HAUS, is built for athletes of all ages and skill levels to enhance their overall athleticism. Our science-based training focuses on developing key physical abilities like strength, speed, power, and movement efficiency while making injury prevention a top priority. Master Sprint Mechanics: Drills designed to improve starts, acceleration, top-end speed, and deceleration. Track Your Progress: Weekly sprint times measured with cutting-edge laser timing systems. Agility and Movement Skills: Build quickness and sharp directional changes through proven techniques. Strength and Power Development: Learn safe, functional lifting techniques that build the foundation for athletic success.
