Workouts in the morning can give you more sustained energy during your day, with the added bonus of ensuring you get yourworkout in before you’re too tired to do it later. This total body workout will mostly consist ofHigh Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) which is the ultimate workout for fat burning as itcontinues to burn fat long after the workout is over. It builds muscle and endurance, promotescardiovascular health, and is extremely time efficient. The class includes modifications if needed, rest periods which are built in, and can be self-paced, so it is great for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. Please bring an exercise mat and medium weight dumbbells.

    Fitness Design Program

    Fitness Design Program This is a 4 week program that includes 2 personal training sessions and a progressive self-led workout program catered to your goals and needs by Personal Trainer, Casey Smith. This program includes a free 25 minute assessment before beginning. Once registered Casey will be in touch to schedule a time for the assessment, and training sessions. All training will take place at the STMA Activity Center Casey Smither, Certified Personal Trainer

    Gentle Flow Yoga Gentle Flow Yoga provides “me” time by allowing us to breathe and focus on ourselves in the present moment. Flowing through a series of yoga poses and stretches facilitates stress reduction, improves strength and flexibility, while also nourishing the body and mind. Poses will be performed standing, on hands and knees, and while seated and laying on the floor. Balance and restorative yoga poses will be incorporated, and class will conclude with a relaxation segment focusing on breathwork to reduce stress. Please bring a yoga mat to class. Casey enjoys working with individuals of all fitness levels, including seniors and special populations (ie Parkinsons, Dementia). As a trainer, Casey inspires and guides clients through a workout tailored to their individual goals and physical abilities. Casey understands fitness goals can be hard to reach on your own, so she will be there to encourage and support you with challenges (but enjoyable!) exercise plans. Her mission is to help people live strong, healthy, confident, and happy lives. All participants that purchase training sessions receive a free 25 minute assessment before beginning. 25 minute, and 50 minute training sessions available. Once sessions are purchased Casey will be in touch to schedule sessions.
