Early Childhood Family Education is a program to connect families within the STMA community. ECFE offers classes, separating and non-separating for children ages birth through five and their families.
Kids Play is a school age child care program for children Kindergarten through 4th grade. Just 4 Kids program is for children who are 4 years old by Sept. 1.

Kristie Walker is a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist with a B.S. degree in Kinesiology, a Master’s degree in Health Promotion, and over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. As the former Director of Education and National Presenter for National Exercise Trainer’s Association, she is accustomed to researching and discovering the best way to assist others in focusing on well-being. Kristie created Just Breathing, LLC to help introduce the next paradigm of whole-body health to everyone by making biomechanics and alignment easy to understand and incorporate into everyday life. Her passion is helping her clients, class students, and workshop participants to prevent/alleviate pain and improve quality of life by moving better. Changing the way you move can change your life.
