Wrestling Part I (Age 4 & Kindergarten)

These sessions are designed for beginning wrestlers. The fee includes the first night free and a T-shirt.

Wrestling Part I (Grades 3-6)

In this program wrestlers will be instructed in basic techniques and rules of wrestling as well as how to train and compete in tournaments. The fee includes a T-shirt.

Wrestling Part II (Extended Season) Grades K-6

Part II (Extended Season) builds upon the introductory skills learned through Part I. In this session, practice is geared towards the competitive athlete and those looking to continue to advance skills in the sport! Individual and team competitions Instructors are former STMA High School wrestlers.
