Fitness Design Program

This is a 4 week program that includes 2 personal training sessions and a progressive self-led workout program catered to your goals and needs by Personal Trainer, Casey Smith. This program includes a free 25 minute assessment before beginning. Once registered Casey will be in touch to schedule a time for the assessment, and training sessions. All training will take place at the STMA Activity Center
