Release your inner rock star with POUND-Rockout. Each workout is a full-body cardio jam session that combines conditioning and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using lightly-weighted exercise drumsticks, you'll sweat, sculpt, and ROCK your body and mind. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
