Gymnastics - Advance

Safety is our number one priority for Community Education activities. We will continue following all guidance set by the MN Dept. of Ed and MN Dept. of Health.

Gymnastics - Advance (Girls with coach referral)

To attend this class, the gymnasts must be able to perform a full turn on beam, back and front walkovers, power round off, and pop up on vault. Gymnasts begin to learn long hang pullover on bars and handsprings on the vault. 

Required: A leotard or form fitted clothing with NO stocking feet and hair pulled away from the face with a snug hairpiece.
