Weightlifting - (Boys & Girls, Grades 6th - 8th)
Weightlifting sessions are designed for students to maximize their physical development in a well-organized weight room program. Core lifts are emphasized to increase total body strength and increase explosiveness. There will NOT BE transportation from West to East lifting. Register early as this class fills up quickly.
